1. Scope of Services

TechOrbit delivers professional software engineering, website development, mobile application programming, backend architecture, and UI/UX design. All projects are governed by milestone statements of work (SOW) executed between TechOrbit and the client.

2. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon final milestone clearance and payment settlement, full ownership of custom source code, design assets, and database architecture is unconditionally transferred to the client.

3. Gaming & Interactive Entertainment Policy

All interactive and multiplayer gaming applications developed by TechOrbit are strictly provided for social entertainment, virtual gameplay demonstration, and friendly casual competition. TechOrbit does not develop or support real-money wagering, casino cash payout mechanisms, betting, or gambling software.

4. Warranty & Support

TechOrbit provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty on all custom software deliveries covering bug fixes and verified deviations from agreed specifications.
